the goal of the site was to connect potential tenants with the main office as directly and efficiently as possible.
davej also created html email templates for the client to use in promotional mail-outs and responses to leasing inquiries.
the stylistic and functional goals were to present the necessary information in a simple, clean format with colors drawn from the building and office space as well as the surrounding parks and real estate.
