the goal of this project was to provide an eye-catching and student-centered information source for the ais core sports skateclub program. the skateclub program is a relatively new concept in japan and it was important to organizers that information was communicated well to parents and students. the skate program began in late 2007 with the construction of the on-site mini-ramp and has grown to serve many youth and adult skaters in the school and community.
projectskates sponsored this program with materials and labor for the mini ramp, as well as providing skate coaching and supervision.
