December 2006

Welcome to the December edition of the AIS Elementary online newsletter. This month is a short month of school and we are working hard to prepare for the Christmas program on Dec. 16th.

The Elementary class will be singing a song in three languages; Engish, Japanese, and Nepali (thank you to Ms. Rae-Anna for teaching us about Nepal!) and also performing a short drama to introduce the Christmas story put on by the kindergarten classes. The program will begin at 10:30, arrival time for elementary students is between 9:30 and 9:45, please come straight upstairs.

This month we welcome our new friend Joel. He has lived in Japan and Australia.

Remember to bring an old shirt for painting on Thursday the 14th for calligraphy class. We will be using real ink, so be prepared.

Thank you! Have a great Christmas!
