the existing software inventors site was heavily reliant on tables, text as images, and had heavy wysiwyg page code complete with embedded styles.
the goal of this project was to provide the web admin with a light new template that could be adapted for all the pages on the site.
the new code combines xhtml and a css stylesheet to facilitate easy navigation, fast loading, and happy happy search engines.
