the original undergroundosaka.com was created by a group of international students from the university of nations in kona, hawaii.
they were stoked to connect with the local japanese youth culture and encourage all the radness that the arts, music, skateboarding, and fashion have to offer.

the site was designed to be an online connecting point for new friends and featured local street artists and musicians, shops, clubs, and information about events hosted by underground members.
the style is very dark with esoteric navigation but serves to highlight the photos and artwork as well as the non-conformist ideals of the underground movement.
